The form template is trying to access files and settings on your computer. InfoPath cannot grant access to these files and settings because the form template is not fully trusted. For a form to run with full trust, it must be installed or digitally signed with a certificate.

It may be because the security level would be set as Full Trust, which requires the form to be digitally signed. Change the security level to Domain.

Go To Tools àForm Option àSecurity and Trust to change the security level.

Bye..

  1. The default program to open the xsn file was not Infopath but visual studio. Once I set Infopath to be the default program to open xsn files, I was able to open the form and did not get any more errors

  2. i faced the same problem. but i manage to solve the problem after i googling.

    here:

open your form in VS, under menu, choose tools>form option

Under category, select security and trust.
Check the check box for sign this form template. You can select certificate or just create new one.

Then publish again the form to update the existing.

    Test your form

    Hope this help
