(and the winner is) Open IIS Manager Click on the machine name so it shows the icons for the top level open ISAPI Filters from the IIS group change the Executable from: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_filter.dll to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_filter.dll Basically added the 64, where it should be.
